The Art of Meditation

What is the real meaning of life? 

We are born and then we learn to adapt to our parents, our friends, our culture, our school and education, our partner our children, we establish a personality / a self-image which is a product of the life we have lived.


However, the personality is only a small part of who we are, behind the image we have of ourselves there is a much bigger and truer existence.

Existence

Existence is the fact that I can register everything that exists in the universe and this existence is the very proof that I exist, that I exist.

 

It is indisputably true that I exist, I cannot possibly not exist, I am part of this world, positively and negatively, right at in this  moment.

 

The present or the moment there the only thing that exists.

You have two possible choices in this life

Allowing myself to follow negative, judgmental, unfaithful and sloppy thoughts about people, things, worldly events, it means I am moving further out of alignment with my own soul and weakening my own strength.


The consequences of sloppy distraction are much bigger and much worse than I realized. Just because most other people live mentally sloppy lives doesn't make it okay. You live on a show.

Or.

 

I realize that in this moment I have the opportunity to create exactly the life I want. And realizing this greatly increases my ability to decide to take full responsibility for where my attention and goal setting is. I can use my free will to direct my inner center of focus, faith and alignment with my soul by simply and powerfully ignoring the temptations offered to me by negative or scattered thoughts.

Opportunity of will

You have the opportunity to break this pattern today. You can learn to use my willpower, to consciously ignore inappropriate thoughts, then you can lift your existence up to higher frequencies, and in this way gain greater insight, create more well-being and use the higher state of consciousness to heal and strengthen my body and psyche.


You can decide from this day forward that you will no longer tolerate and believe limited or negative thoughts, and instead focus on being present, centered, fearless, honorable and powerful living in full alignment with my essence and the universe.


You can simply say "thanks, but no thanks" to my negative habitual thoughts and ideas, notions that I acquired and learned as habits and notions through my upbringing and life experiences. I was not born with fears, weak thoughts, or sloppy inspirations. All negative thinking I have learned from other sloppy human minds, who were taught by yet other sloppy human minds, and so on.


It is possible to learn and believe in and strengthen one's own free will, with some simple exercises you can learn and train this ability and take daily responsibility in your life. By realizing that your reality is solely a reflection and manifestation of my own limited intent, and imaginings and lack of focus and will.


You can change your life by changing and deciding to train my intention, your focus and use your free will to match your soul's true desire to live out its essence. Your will is free and your own, and you alone decide what you choose to think, believe, focus on and this creates my life.

Goal setting and free will will strengthen you

The will can be strengthened by increasing one's frequency and desiring something that is perceived as very important

It doesn't matter what experiences I have.

I am available for meditation

I declare to myself and the universe that I will notice when I allow myself to indulge in thoughts that have faith and are focused.

In reality, I'm always already free

I don't want anything from anything

The consequences of sloppy distraction are much bigger and much worse than I realized.

Just because most other people live mentally sloppy lives doesn't make it OK, normal, or healthy for you to do the same.

I see this now and greatly see my desire to decide to take full responsibility for where my attention wanders and I promise to gather my free will back to my inner center of focus, faith and alignment with my soul by simply and powerfully ignoring the temptations offered to me by negative or scattered thoughts.

This cycle can end with you today. You can exercise your willpower by consciously ignoring your limiting thoughts so that I can raise my frequencies and gain greater insight, create stronger well-being and tap into the higher states of consciousness.

I will practice my ability to focus on my own sense of presence, or something beneficial I decide to hold my attention on, and I will ignore anything else that does not fit into my desired state of focus, awareness and manifestation.

When I catch myself in a moment of weak-minded thinking and fear-based temptations, I will remember and focus on my freedom and willpower.

I resolve that from this day forward I will no longer allow myself to believe in limiting thoughts, but instead focus on being present, centered, fearless, honorable and in complete trust in the universe.
